Blueberry Chai Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups of almond milk
  • 1 cup of frozen banana
  • 2 cups of frozen blueberries
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnmaon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cardamon
  • Option: 1 tbsp of Stardust blue immunity powder & 1 scoop of protein powder

 

Procedure:

In a high-speed blender add all the ingredients, blend till smooth, and adjust milk for desired consistency. Pour into your favourite glass or bowl & enjoy!
