Blueberry Chai Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups of almond milk
- 1 cup of frozen banana
- 2 cups of frozen blueberries
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnmaon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cardamon
- Option: 1 tbsp of Stardust blue immunity powder & 1 scoop of protein powder
Procedure:
In a high-speed blender add all the ingredients, blend till smooth, and adjust milk for desired consistency. Pour into your favourite glass or bowl & enjoy!
